Chief Executive Officer
Gigi has spent her career in technology, consulting, and market research. Prior to joining Invoke, she held numerous positions with market research and industry insight companies. Key positions include CRO at the Yankee Group, EVP at TNS (a WPP company) serving the Consumer and Technology sectors, and SVP and CMO roles at IDC.
She holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Massachusetts and B.S. in Operations Research from Cornell University. Gigi has served as a Director of Invoke since 2011.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim is an experienced CFO with extensive experience providing financial and operational leadership to companies. He has designed and implemented systems, frameworks for financial analysis, and benchmarks.
His experience includes CFO roles with a variety of companies, including design & innovation consulting firm Continuum, where he helped lead the company to increased profitability and global expansion, as well as consulting CFO and advisory roles for numerous other companies.
Jim holds an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MS in taxation from Bentley, and a BS in accounting from the University of Vermont. He is also a CPA.
Chief Research Officer
Peter has an extensive career helping businesses optimize their brand engagements through a better understanding of their customers. His multi-faceted marketing career has given him a deep experience in market research, brand building, communications and customer experience. For the past twenty years Peter has been building, growing and leading global research practices, most recently as CEO of Hall & Partners New York, a specialist in brand and communications research. He is the rare breed of researcher who has excelled in, and built practices around, both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Peter is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley with a BA in Political Economics.
