SEATTLE, April 16, 2018 – Forrest Sallee, the Western regional business development director of Invoke® Solutions, has been appointed the 2018-19 president of the Puget Sound Research Forum (PSRF), a Seattle-based fellowship of researchers whose work influences key marketing, business, and social decisions.
Sallee has been a member of the PSRF since October 2016. He becomes president after spending the past year on the organization’s board responsible for outreach and alliances. With a background that includes a dozen years of experience in sales and market research, Sallee joined Invoke Solutions in February 2018.
“This is an exciting time to be a research professional in Seattle and the Puget Sound region,” said Nancy Hardwick, his predecessor as the PSRF president. “Forrest’s strong grounding in both the fundamentals of market research and cutting-edge technologies give him an exceptional skillset that will help the Forum to continue to grow and meet our members’ needs.”
“We live in a thriving, constantly evolving global hub for industries famous for innovation, market disruption, and corporate leadership,” Sallee said. “At the same time, new technologies and methodologies are enriching research – especially qualitative research – to uncover deeper and richer insights into sentiment and behavior. I’m honored to be chosen to lead the PSRF in the coming year, and I look forward to continuing its 40-year tradition of helping the regional research community adapt and succeed through education, networking, and sharing opportunities.”
Sallee holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University. At Invoke Solutions, he’s responsible for all business development and marketing efforts in the Western United States.
