Gigi has spent her career in technology, consulting, and market research. Prior to Invoke, she held several leadership positions, including CRO at the Yankee Group, EVP at TNS (a WPP company) serving the Consumer and Technology sectors, and SVP and CMO roles at IDC. She holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Massachusetts and B.S. in Operations Research from Cornell University.
Charles has deep experience with the latest technology stacks, release management processes, and AWS infrastructure & APIs. Prior to Invoke, he held leadership roles in dev ops, technical ops, and cloud ops. He served as VP of Engineering at Intralinks where he led a team responsible for the performance and scalability of the company’s SaaS platform. He holds an MBA from Babson and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth.
Tole is a marketer, entrepreneur, and angel investor. He has had three significant exits: first, as a co-founder of MK Engineering, a combustion optimization company that was sold to GE Energy; then as a founder of Digital Pickle that was sold privately; and most recently, as a co-owner of 3Play Media that was acquired by Riverside Partners. He was a board member of several start-ups and the MIT Enterprise Forum. He holds 9 US patents and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Board of Directors
Rory is the founder of Lionbridge, where he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO since 1996. He continues to Chair the Board of Directors of Lionbridge. Before founding Lionbridge, he served as executive vice president for R.R. Donnelley & Sons. He was also CEO of Stream International Inc., a multi-billion dollar division of R.R Donnelley. He served on the boards of multiple public and private companies, most recently serving as Chairman of the Board of Lojack, Inc. until its sale to CalAmp Corporation. He received A.B. and MBA degrees from Harvard University.
David has been investing in private companies for over 38 years. Before co-founding North Atlantic Capital in 1986, he was President of Maine Capital Corporation and a commercial loan officer at the First National Bank of Boston. He is a past Chairman of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the New England Venture Capital Association. He earned a B.A. from Yale University, and he served as an officer in the United States Navy before earning an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dan has spent his career in institutional investment management and software entrepreneurship. He has been part of 14 founding teams and participated in over 30 early stage tech companies, with 10 exits totaling over $900m in enterprise value. He is now CIO and General Partner of Fathom Ventures. He has served on several company boards and as an advisor to ConsenSys, the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, and the US Secret Service NY Electronic Crimes Task Force. He received an A.B. in Economics and Certificate in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Princeton University.

Board of Advisers
Nancy has extensive domestic and international executive management experience in theatrical, television and home entertainment properties, interactive and new media products and services, and traditional consumer packaged goods. She has served as COO of American Film Institute for 10 years and held executive level positions at major Hollywood studios, including Warner Bros, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and The Walt Disney Company. She has provided consumer insights and consulting services to Hunt Wesson, Neutrogena, and global advertising agencies. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Pepperdine University.
Fritz is President of The Fritz Friedman Company, a Los Angeles and San Diego based production and strategic marketing communications company. Among his past and current clients are Sony Pictures Entertainment, Electric Entertainment and Parrot Analytics, the L.A./New Zealand-based big data company. Prior to forming his consultancy, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Publicity and Corporate Communications for two divisions: Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (SPHE) and Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions. Friedman, an adjunct professor emeritus at The Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism of The University of Southern California, received his BA at Vassar College and his MA from The Annenberg School of The University of Pennsylvania.
Sheri is a strategic global marketing and franchise executive who has spent her career driving world-class entertainment portfolios. She has served as Head of Worldwide Television Brand Marketing and Senior Vice President of Global Franchise Development at DreamWorks Animation, Vice President of Brand Marketing at Paramount and Director of Global Marketing at Disney after serving as Brand Manager at Mars and Kimberly-Clark. She launched The Consultancy Project in 2017 to offer strategic solutions that accelerate performance and maximize monetization for clients such as Riot Games and Seth MacFarlane’s Fuzzy Door Productions.
