Security Safeguards

We recognize that our clients’ most valuable assets are their media and data. Security breaches have become commonplace, and it is imperative that your content does not fall into the wrong hands, either through error or a criminal act. Protecting your content is a vital part of our operations and we have implemented layers upon layers of security safeguards. We are certified with TPN (Trusted Partner Network) and have cleared stringent security assessments by large studios. Although research testing often involves presenting stim to research participants remotely, we employ extensive safeguards to minimize risk:

  • Cell phone detection protects content from being recorded or photographed.
  • Individual watermarks for each participant provide forensics and prevent leaks.
  • Content is blocked from being downloaded.
  • Content is hosted on AWS and encrypted at rest and in transit.

TPN Certification

TPN is a content protection assessment developed by the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) and the CDSA (Content Delivery and Security Association). It provides a set of requirements and best practices to prevent leaks, breaches, and hacking. TPN certifies that Invoke maintains the highest standards of content security and conforms to MPAA guidelines, including:

  • Comprehensive testing to address vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Background screenings of company personnel.
  • Confidentiality agreements with company personnel.
  • Forensic watermarking for content.
  • Encryption of all data at rest and in transit.
  • Security of physical premises and control of entry/exit points.
  • Secure authentication and access.
  • Secure logging procedures.
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
  • Personnel training on security policies and procedures.
  • Incident response, notification, and breach reporting procedures.
  • Annual third party audits.
