We've redesigned Invoke from the ground-up to provide artists a tablet-friendly experience, giving them the full power of their favorite digital pens and drawing surfaces.
Built for Smaller Screens: Invoke’s interface now works intuitively with your drawing tablet, allowing you to sketch, refine, and finalize with precision. Navigating through the application feels natural and buttons have been moved to intuitive locations for smaller screens.
Pen Pressure Sensitivity: Control the weight and texture of each stroke. From light lines to bold marks, pressure sensitivity gives you the freedom to shape your work with the responsiveness you're used to in other drawing applications.
Layer Control: Create and adjust layers—whether raster or control—directly on your tablet. Whether starting from scratch or making fine adjustments, you have the accuracy needed to perfect your work.
Cross-Device Experience: Seamlessly switch between desktop and tablet. Whatever you draw on your tablet can we access through Invoke on your desktop.
While we recognize that dedicated drawing applications will continue to be an important part of an artist’s process, Invoke is focused on delivering enough control to handle core workflows and tasks within a browser-based environment.
There are inherent limitations to what can be done in a browser compared to native apps, but with this update, our goal is to reduce the need to switch back and forth between tools as much as possible.
Drawing Tablet Support will be rolling out over the next week to Professional Edition users and is included in all plans (Indie, Premier, Enterprise)—there’s no need to upgrade. For Community Edition users, simply update to the most recent version to access these features.
