Invoke Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to Invoke Solutions, Inc.® (“Invoke”). We post this Privacy Statement so that you are aware of the information we collect, how it is handled and with whom it is shared.

As we continue to modify our software platform, website, and services, and take advantage of developing technologies, this Privacy Statement will most likely change. Therefore, we encourage you to refer to this Privacy Statement on an ongoing basis.

Using an innovative software platform, Invoke offers a Web-based market research platform, tools, and services to assist our business and education customers in managing customer relationships, conducting online surveys and research (“Events”), and facilitating employee training programs. This Privacy Statement addresses how Invoke will handle information collected from individuals who respond to Event invitations or participate in online Events facilitated by Invoke.

Please note that the terms of this Privacy Statement do not apply to any third party Web site linked to the Invoke Web site, platform, or made available through any of the Events we facilitate. Event participants should consult the privacy policies of each Web site they visit.

The following statements DO NOT represent those of the Invoke marketing Web site. Since our Web site is used by prospective customers interested in learning more about Invoke, a different Privacy Statement can be read here.

1. Information Collection and Use

Event Information. Invoke only collects participant email addresses for the purpose of fulfilling appropriate incentive payment for participating in an Event. Other than using email address for this sole purpose, Invoke DOES NOT knowingly collect or store personally identifiable information from individuals who participate in surveys, focus groups, presentations, and online training sessions facilitated by Invoke for our business customers. The Invoke software platform only captures and stores each participant’s survey or focus group responses.

Cookie Data. Invoke uses cookies (small text files stored on a participant’s computer) and other passive data collection techniques to gather data regarding individuals’ interaction with our Web site, our services, and participation in the Events. We use the data gathered through cookies to provide Event initiators with statistical data regarding Event participation, and may also use this data IN AGGREGATE to improve our software and services.

Technical Information. Once an individual links from an Event invitation to our Web site, our system logs certain technical information such as the individual’s web browser, IP address, the Web pages visited within our Web site, and other information regarding their computer system. We primarily use this information for system administration, Web site customization, and research and development.

2. Information Disclosure and Access

Our business customers engage us to facilitate their online Events. As a result, we disclose all of the information we collect ONLY to the business customer that initiates the Event. In addition, we may analyze this information to provide the Event initiator with an analysis of the Event. We do not share the raw data with third party businesses. If permitted by the customer, we may publically publish reports on the aggregate results of the Event.

Invoke does not own or control its business customers, and makes no representations regarding the manner in which our business customers use or disclose the information they receive. Our business customers are not bound by this Privacy Statement, and may use or disclose information about Event participants in a manner not contemplated herein.

During the course of an Event, the Event initiator will see the individual responses of each of the Event participants. Depending on the format of the Event, Event participants may also be able to view one another’s individual responses.

Invoke will disclose information about Event participants where required by law. Invoke may also disclose information if we consider it necessary to protect our legal rights, or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct.

3. Collection of Information from Children

In the Event that we collect, use, or disclose information about children under the age of 13, we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

4. Safety and Security of Data
